Return To ShopAll domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground from our location in New York, unless an expedited* option is selected. Ground orders placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (Monday through Friday) will normally be shipped the next day but could take up to 3 to 4 days to ship. So if you need the cords for a upcoming job use our expedited shipping option to be safe.
Must be received before 10:00 AM EST (Monday through Friday).
*Expedited delivery orders received after 10:00 AM EST or on Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Holidays will ship the next business day providing the item is in stock. If you have placed an expedited order after 10:00 AM it is possible for the order to go out the same day if you call us and we confirm.
Please note:
1) We can only ship to valid street addresses. (No P.O. boxes please)
2) When delivering to military installations, shipments may be delayed.
3) A tracking number can be provided (only by special request) via email once the order is processed, provided the email address submitted with the order is correct.
*Please note that for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and The Virgin Islands packages will be sent out via Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed. These packages will not have a tracking number and delivery usually takes from 3-5 business days.
Most of our orders are shipped via UPS direct from our warehouses. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box , APO, FPO or PMB address. If you need the order sent to one of these addresses it may require a different method of shipping. For this reason there may be an increase in shipping rates, shipping to these addresses. The price differential is do to the fact the package may need to be taken to the Postal facility in person due to the current security regulations.
